We design, build and assemble bespoke stands for the fairs held at FIBES, the Seville Exhibition and Congress Centre. More than 18 years of experience, our own team travelling from our workshop in Madrid and one very clear commitment: that the distance should never show.

At NeoDesign we have spent more than 18 years designing, building and assembling stands for trade fairs across Spain. We bring our full service to FIBES Seville with the same quality and control we apply at any fair in central or northern Spain.
We work with a 100% in-house team from our workshop in Humanes de Madrid. Design, manufacturing and assembly, all within the group. We coordinate the logistics down to Andalusia in detail and hold the quotation firm from the very first moment: what we sign is what you pay.
Services for your stand at FIBES Seville
3D design and rendering
Before we build the stand we show you how it will look: a 360° render with materials, lighting and furniture. You approve it, we build it.
In-house manufacturing
We build in our workshop in Humanes de Madrid. Joinery, painting, signage, electrics and furniture, all under one roof, ready to travel to Seville.
Assembly and dismantling
Our team travels to FIBES, builds to the venue’s schedule and dismantles at the close. We store the reusable parts for future editions.

Our fitters travel with the stand. We do not subcontract local teams who do not know the project.

Project and trade fair study
We look at which fair it is, which hall it takes place in, the dimensions of your space and your brand’s objectives. We advise you on regulations and on the particulars of the venue.
3D design and proposal
A 360° render with materials, lighting and furniture. We iterate until the design reflects your brand exactly and meets the fair’s requirements.
Manufacturing in our own workshop
We build the stand in Humanes de Madrid, designed from the very first moment to travel to Seville in optimal condition.
Transport, assembly and dismantling
We transport the stand to FIBES, build it on schedule and stay for maintenance during the fair. At the close we dismantle it and store the reusable parts.

FIBES, the Seville Exhibition Centre
FIBES (the Seville Exhibition and Congress Centre) is located to the east of the city, on Avenida Alcalde Luis Uruñuela, very well connected by the SE-30 with the Sevilla-Santa Justa high-speed station ten minutes away. It consists of two main buildings — FIBES 1 (Congress Centre) and FIBES 2 (Exhibition Centre) — with several high-capacity modular halls. We design and build stands for any of its spaces, taking access, heights, electrical connections and specific build-up times into account.
